Return & Refund Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please take note of the following information regarding our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the original product packaging.
- Returned items must be unused and must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- Discounted and items on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Charcoal, pellets, wood, sauces & rubs cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Once your return has been approved, safely package items and send them back to:

- Please note that return shipping fees are the client’s responsibility.
Additional Information:
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not within 5 business days.
- Once approved, exchanges and refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@bbqandco.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item in order for us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
